Last Friday I was in Seattle and had breakfast with some other bloggers at the 5 Spot, a fun little eatery in the Queen Anne area of town. After a great meal our server brought my check and I noticed some business smarts in action (see the photo).
Instead of the survey that we see from so many chain restaurants, the 5 Spot asks for diners’ email addresses. Brilliant. It’s a great way to allow customers to opt-in to further information. Are you keeping communication open with your photography clients after the sale?
